How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate Yiboneheza.com, process your bookings, enable communication between hosts and guests, verify identities for safety, and improve our services. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Who Can See Your Information
Property hosts can see booking details and contact info for their guests. Guests can see host contact information. Our admin team can access your data for support and safety purposes. Payment processors see only necessary payment details. Public parts of your listings (photos, descriptions, location) are visible to all users browsing our platform.
How We Protect Your Data
We encrypt your data both in storage and during transmission. Access to your personal information is restricted to authorized personnel only. We use row-level security to ensure you can only access your own records. Our systems are regularly monitored and updated for security.
Your Choices & Rights
You can edit or delete your profile information anytime through your account settings. To remove a listing, go to your dashboard and select 'Remove Listing' from your property management options. For data requests or account deletion, contact our support team.
Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your account information as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for 7 years for legal and tax purposes. Messages are kept for 3 years. You can request full account deletion, which will permanently remove most of your data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain certain information.
